煮:whole tomato rice

方便又美味,宜中宜西,向親朋好友「騷哥利」必備。

{原個蕃茄飯}

  1. 洗米,同時洗淨蕃茄。
  2. 蕃茄置米上,水較平時少一點,加橄欖油、鹽、黑胡椒。如常煲飯。
  3. 飯熟,取走蕃茄皮,拌勻即可。

{啤註:蕃茄去蒂時,可順便切走蒂底偏硬的蕃茄心。}
