{懶出門芝士意粉}

  1. 水滾,撒一大撮鹽,下你喜歡的意粉。
  2. al dente 前 5 分鐘,下香腸,至意粉 al dente 前 1 分鐘,隔水。
  3. 小火熱鑊,下橄欖油,拍蒜瓣,炒至出味。下罐頭忌廉芝士汁。
  4. 意粉回鑊兜勻即成。香腸蘸芥末同吃。

{啤註:吃時撒大量即磨 gruyère 芝士、黑胡椒及 parsley。}
