屬於兩個人的情人節,誰稀罕吃陌生人做的菜?

{十蚊鵝肝多士}

  1. 燒微量油,下鵝肝,完全不碰至焦香為止,反轉煎脆另一面,趁熱下即磨幼鹽。
  2. 迷你平底鑊下 balsamic 黑醋,中火煮滾,轉小火至自己喜歡的稠度。
  3. 伴多士同吃。

{啤註:鵝肝應在煮前才由冰格取出,並逐塊煎以免過火。}
