no-measure banana bread

{無量香蕉包}

  1. 焗爐預熱 175 度。
  2. 取 1 杯滿 all-purpose 麵粉、3 隻蕉、雞蛋 1 隻、鹽及 baking soda 各一小撮、牛油約 1/3 條、蜜糖適量,攪勻。
  3. 焗 1 小時 20 分或至表面金黃,擱涼即可。
